Exercising is important at any age, especially for those above 60. Mobility workouts are very important because they help you prevent mobility blocks and ensure you still get to do your daily chores perfectly fine.

After the age of 65 most of us, won't be able to move agilely or even out of their seat, but this shouldn’t prevent us from doing our workout. So many regular exercises can be done while using a chair as a mobility device.
